TAHAI IT Docs is built for MSPs, internal IT teams, and operators who need documentation, project context, assets, and client-safe access in one portal.

• Core IT Docs: $10 per internal user per month. Manual docs, assets, projects, vault references, client-safe exports, and Client View allowance.
• Pro Docs: $20 per internal user per month. Adds Documentation Quality, Relationship Graph, Release Evidence Packs, Browser Mission intake review, QBR prep, and 250 light automation credits per workspace per month.
• Automation: $35 per internal user per month. Expanded draft assistant lane and 1,000 included automation credits where enabled.
• Enterprise / BYOK: custom. Dedicated policy, budget, provider controls, and private-service options.
• Owner and Staff accounts are billable internal seats. Client View remains read-only and non-seat-consuming; it cannot replace internal staff seats or perform operational staff work.

Automation is metered and draft-first. No plan includes unlimited automation, and diagnostics remain presence-only.
